I have been blessed. There’s no other way to describe. Literally given opportunities that I know came straight from God because there were lots of people who tried to keep them from me. I honestly can’t think of one thing that has happened in my life that a person who knew me and was in a position to help me has thought I was deserving of before I received it. My whole life is a testament to the kindness of strangers. This is why I’m so committed to serving those in need. This is why I have a fondness for people who really can’t do anything for me.
They say “To whom much is given, much is required” but it really doesn’t seem like I’ve done much at all. All God seems to require is that I be thankful, grateful, worry less, and depend on him more; be an example of his greatness and a vessel of his love. The only reason it seems like “much” is because I won’t just let go and do it.
I am thankful everyday for it all, and look forward to my days of doing the “much” that is required!
